83rcom accepts KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer as deposit and withdrawal methods. Players must use only an account registered in their own name — using another person's payment account is not allowed.
- Minimum deposit amount: 5,000 Ks (any method)
- There may be a difference in MMK exchange rates between KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay card funds, and bank funds
- If any deposit fees arise, these are considered to be related to the payment provider's own policy and 83rcom is not responsible for them
Deposit Processing Time and Issue Resolution

3 Withdrawal Policy
Minimum Withdrawal Amount and Processing Time
Players must meet the following requirements to withdraw funds from their account—

4 Bonus and Reward Policy
Welcome Bonus
83rcom's welcome bonus matches your first deposit 100%, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (wagering requirement).
Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks, receive 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 40,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks.
Example 2: Deposit 620,000 Ks, receive 300,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 920,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks.
- The bonus can only be claimed once (per player)
- If the wagering requirement is not completed within 30 days of the deposit, the bonus will be forfeited
- Wagering can only be completed in 83rcom Casino and slots games — football betting does not count toward wagering
VIP Program Cashback
83rcom has 4 VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier receives the following maximum weekly cashback rates—
- Bronze: maximum weekly cashback 0.4%
- Silver: maximum weekly cashback 0.8%
- Gold: maximum weekly cashback 1.1%
- Platinum: maximum weekly cashback 1.5%
VIP tier upgrades depend on the player's regular play activity, and the 83rcom VIP team reserves the right to review tier assignments. Cashback funds must meet 83rcom's bonus wagering policy before they can be withdrawn.
Bonus Issue Resolution
In all bonus matters, 83rcom's decision is final. Players can discuss bonus-related queries with the customer support team. If bonus abuse is detected, 83rcom will close the player's account and all balance obtained through the bonus will be forfeited.
5 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
Prohibited Actions
Players must not engage in the following actions on the 83rcom platform—
- Using hacking, bots, automation scripts, or any software that disrupts the platform
- Repeatedly exploiting game software glitches for personal gain
- Attempting to claim a single bonus multiple times using family accounts or different devices
- Using the platform for money laundering
- Threatening, intimidating, or sending threatening messages to other players
- Attempting to illegally manipulate the platform's outcomes
If any of these prohibitions are violated, 83rcom reserves the right to take action including confiscating balance, blocking withdrawals, closing the account, and pursuing legal action.
Monitoring and Surveillance
83rcom monitors players' betting activity, deposit and withdrawal history, and software usage. If a policy violation is detected, an investigation will be conducted and the player may be asked for clarification.
6 Account Suspension and Closure
Voluntary Closure by Player

Suspension or Closure by 83rcom
